The Committee

The Committee meets about once per month. The meetings are informal but business like with an agenda set in advance and minutes taken.The Club has a Treasurer’s account with the Bank of Scotland which requires two nominated signatures for any withdrawals. Once a year, as per the Constitution, an AGM is held and the Committee members stand for re-election.

Each of the Office Bearers delivers a report on the previous year. The accounts are always vetted by an accountant and the Treasurer gives an analysis of the financial state of the Club. Copies of any reports are available to members.

The Committee is always in need of new blood and any members are welcome to join.
